We study everyday, and for sure we need some methods to help us to evaluate those results. For English learners,different tests can help teachers to have a clear mind about the students study information.What's more,teachers can design the appropriate lesson for the learners.Some of the learners don't like the test,so during the lesson,teachers can help them to practice as much as they can and to improve their confidence.The word flexibility is how I would best describe what I learned the most in this unit , especially when using school provided course material . Be prepared to make changes . Replace existing material with more appropriate material ; Supplement changes by adding material to reinforce a point or to help students understand better ; And to Adapt, using the same basic materials but rewritten in the teachers preferred way.
