The appropriate class management is one of the most significant challenges for every teacher. First of all, I make a contract with my students in which we establish all the rules and expectations from each other. Furthermore, I observe my students carefully and react promptly to any signs of our contract violation. In my opinion it is one of the most effective methods to organise a classroom environment.Managing a classroom well is an essential part of helping students learn. When the class arrangement, work, and lessons are in place and student/teacher rapport has been established then the students will have an easier time learning and disciple will be easier to maintain. Also, when the teacher already has the learning techniques prepared for the day, it can go a long way in helping the students learn.
