CapEnglish is an dynamic, fast-growing company that speacialises in providing quality English teachers to schools all around France. In 2021 we launched our first Language Assistant campaign and the result was incredible, with more and more schools wanting to sign up.
The programme is designed for young, dedicated English teachers who are passionate about working with kids aged 3-11yrs old. It’s an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified teacher who wants to gain some international experience or someone considering a career in France.
BENEFITS:
• 6 month CDD contract (Oct/Nov start each year) in various French cities (Paris, Toulouse, Toulon, Marseille, Lyon etc)
• 15-20 hrs per week teaching experience at a pre-primary and/or primary school, working alongside the French teaching team

PLEASE NOTE THAT LIVING WITH THE HOST FAMILY FOR THE LA PROGRAMME IS COMPULSORY FOR THE FULL DURATION OF THE PROGRAMME
REQUIREMENTS:
• Over 18 with valid working visa for France
• Must be passionate about working with young kids
• Teaching experience preferred but not essential
• English as a first language is essential (absolute fluency with clear articulation, C2)
• TEFL/TESOL preferred
• Adaptable, friendly and dedicated
• Teamplayer with excellent communication skills
• Basic French advantage
Further opportunities could include:
1. Scolaire (during school hours)
2. Periscolaire (lunchtime or after school workshops)
3. Centre aéré (Wednesday morning workshops)
4. Language Assistant (Live with host family, meals & accommodation provided).
Rates start from 20€/hr brut for employed or 28€/hr for Auto Entrepreneurs
Immediate opportunity in Lyon
At present we are looking for a Language Assistant for Lyon (South of France). This contract is an exception as it is a replacement and will only be from Jan – March. Following this you could apply for our other vacancies in France.
