Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

I learn about the basic needs of a teacher and a learner. As a future teacher, I've learned the most important aspect of the teacher must have; that is inspiring students individually. I also found my strengths and weaknesses as a teacher. English is not my native language, but I have studied and practiced over years; this basic lesson about what makes me a good teacher will guide me through the whole career of my life.Ive enjoyed this unit, it has given me a better understanding of controlling a situation in a class room. Ive learnt that its better and more efficient to play it smart and professional when 'controlling' the class instead of being dominant and yelling (like the teachers I had). I like the idea of circular and horseshoe desk set ups and being more active with the students then orderly rows like a more traditional set up
