This unit provided a summary of testing principles and practice, to be given Before the course begins, during the course and in the case of external Exams, outside of the course And the school. The different tests have different Purposes. Some are to place students in the correct class, others to gauge Progress made. Frequency of tests, content, which skills--- all of these VariAbles must be considered by the teacher.This unit seems to be a final few odds and ends for grammar lessons. This unit covers relative clauses, phrasal verbs, modals, and passive voice. After each topic is explained and broken down, there are some suggestions for activities and teaching in class. This unit is helpful as these types of grammar lessons are a bit difficult and used frequently by native speakers but not completely understood for teaching purposes.
