iSpeak Language Academy has three new branches in the towns of Iuna, Aimores and Mutum. We are looking for three TEFL qualified English Teachers for teaching positions in these quiet places. Teachers will be expected to work for 30 hours a week or a little bit more including Saturdays. We have 3 urgent positions available immediately. The ideal candidate will have had some experience, be creative, dynamic and really willing to work.

This unit covers the types of materials that can be used in the classroom and how to use them effectively. It is also pointed out the reasons to create a lesson plan, what should be on it and how to use it. At the end, there are great tips for classroom management. Even though teaching styles differ, they can be adjusted and there are a number of tools that a teacher can use to keep order in the classroom.In this unit I have learned the difference between authentic materials and created materials. This is important for the students especially with the engage phase to get excited for the lesson. I also learned how to work with course book. This unit also made me go back to unit 3 to understand the boomerang method better. This unit also showed me great examples of materials that I can use with the students.
