In this TESOL review video, Munki tells us about his experience studying with ITTT. Munki found the course to be an interesting and enriching experience. One of the main things Munki learnt from the course was the ESA methodology that he was able to implement in his own class while taking the course. His students really benefited from his new knowledge and also enjoyed the class. The course also helped Munki to better manage his classes and understand how to deal with difficult students.

This chapter introduced the idea of balancing lessons between reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills. It focused in particular on reading and listening and reviewed some concepts and points about how teachers can help students practice those skills. This chapter taught me that I need to think about which skills I am helping my students develop in each individual lesson.Unit 6 consisted of things to think about when you want to work in a specific country, from cultural issues to demographics; questions you could ask during an interview, how to build a good resume, and links to other resources. Through this unit I was made aware of the kinds of information I should know about the country I could potentially work in, and about the position itself.
