The school is implementing an intensive EFL program along with IBO's Primary Years Program and seeking EFL teachers to teach age groups 6 to 10 and 11 to 13. The positions will start in August 15th 2004. Applicant teachers must be native English speakers with an education degree and TEFL certificate, or should have extensive EFL/ESL teaching experience.
Accommodation, transportation will be provided. Fully paid 2 weeks semester break and 8 weeks summer break.

The evaluation and testing unit gives the teacher guidelines on the different ways in which she can assess the students' competency and progress. It specifies which tests are necessary for which purpose. Unit 15 also lists the different external examinations that a teacher may have to help her learners prepare for. External examines are hosted by various institutions depending on the students' needs such as work, study or travel.This section focused on writing and speaking as productive skills that students must develop. Using the ESA method, it is easy to drill and teach these concepts, focusing on accuracy and fluency when needed. The important thing in teaching writing and speaking is to make it fun and interactive in order for it to not be intimidating. If it is too intimidating for the students there will a lack of participation, and thus, learning.
