Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

The content of this unit was a very useful review of basic grammar concepts and definitely refreshed my understanding of the English grammar system. In my opinion it is very important to understand how to best explain the way in which I am speaking to my students because my understanding comes from contextual learning rather than my students academic pursuit of the English language. In this unit, I mainly learn how to use present tense. It includes present simple, present continuous, present perfect and present continuous. Form, usages, typical students errors and activate stage teaching ideas are stressed in this part. I learn lots of great ideas on how to arrange class activities, which gives me specific teaching theory and makes me more confident on teaching.
