Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

During my stay in Thailand I had not been given any specific syllabus or curriculum. I had to teach four classes a day, having to decide on my own what is suitable and what is not. This was extremely difficult and only after starting the TEFL course I got an idea of how to approach this task. This Unit gave some further insight but it still seems like only a small piece of what I should know. The definitions of usage for the future tenses is confusing. However, I will finish this course (future simple). I will be studying the units every day (future continuous). I will have finished the course the end of September (future perfect). I will have been trying to finish for five months. Hopefully, I shall have learned what needed to be learned in order to successfully teach TESOL.
