***Covid-19 Procedures for Entering Taiwan:

Due to Taiwan’s pro-active and strict planning for Covid-19, the country has not experienced any type of shut down or disruption of work in most industries. New cases have been at a bare minimum to zero recently and are usually imported.

Currently, (end of May), foreign visitors may not enter Taiwan. However, if you apply for a teaching position and are accepted you can gain entry by doing the following:

Get a health check and background check notarized by the Taiwan consulate where you are currently living.
Send those notarized documents to us and we will use them in your Alien Resident Card application.
Once Alien Resident Card is accepted, we will send the approval document back to you. You then take this document back to the Taiwan consulate where they will grant you a special entry visa.
Upon entry into Taiwan, you will be required to quarantine for 14 days. Taiwan is extremely diligent and strict on tracing your whereabouts during this period.
Post quarantine, you will be allowed to work at the school.
