Enthusiastic teacher wanted to teach TEFL in Moscow, Russia

This unit has been really useful explaining all the different parts there are when it comes to classroom management. Some things which I would have easily overlooked - like using the students name at the end of the question, are extremely useful when improving teaching skills. As well as learning about the different classroom arrangements and how each can be used depending on the class that is going to be taught.In this unit I have learnt about the importance of lesson planning. I have learnt about what a teacher needs to do/check before starting a lesson and what should be taken into consideration when planning a lesson or a series of lessons. I was given an example lesson plan and some materials to help me practice and make my own lesson plan. I feel like I have learnt how to implement the material into the ESA system.
