Our language school in Lebork, Poland, is an established small family-run business. We are looking for a TEFL qualified teacher with at least one year's experience to teach very small groups ( from 2 to 6 students).
Duties include teaching, lesson planning, testing, minor admin duties
Pay 1000 polish zloty per month

This unit is concerned mostly with the presentation of material through the usage of aids such as machines and other resources available online. There are many resources within certain classrooms but not in others, depending on the school, and the teacher must adjust accordingly. The safest bet seems to lie in being prepared even if the machinery fails, so you can always fall back on time-test approaches.this unit Contains a lot of different things such as: level testing which includes: starter, elementary, pre-intermediate,intermediate and upper-intermediate. then they talked about why teacher needs analysis ,then we learned about some of the factors that can create limitations for the teacher. after that i read about the syllabus design and finally we looked through the different types of tests and exams.
