Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

The content of this unit includes classroom layouts which has taught me the various aspects to consider when making layout decisions such as a horseshoe layout to create a more intimate classroom where everybody can see and interact with each other more easily. Also covered in this unit is things such as discipline and bad behaviour prevention and building good rapport between all students and the teacher.Unit 15 briefly covered the types and importance of examinations, as well as typical time periods that a specific examination may be more or less appropriate. It was helpful to have the breakdown of external exams, what they are suited for, and how they breakdown a student's level of proficiency. I had never heard of a diagnostic exam before and am quite curious as to what the general form would look like.
