Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit focused on the different types of testing that are available to ESl students. From my experience teaching in Taiwan, Cambridge testing is very important to students, and they always want to get high scores in these tests. It was valuable to see the break down of the individual tests, and to see who should be taking them. I also enjoyed the explanation for the individual tests that are generally given in language schools. This unit contents two contrasting videos filmed in an actual English classroom, showing how difference of the attitude and teaching skills of the teacher can make the lesson more interesting and effective, and vice versa. I have gained more knowledge in teaching skills, how to liven up the classroom atmosphere, how to keep the students interested in participating and how to plan my lesson more productive and easier to understand.
