Our language school, GKI, is a well-known school in the Seoul area and one of the biggest schools in Korea. We will be opening up a second schoool in Mok-Dong, Seoul, which is regarded as the second most affluent neighborhood in Seoul. We are looking for qualified people who are enthusiastic about working with children.
The president of our school is a Korean-Canadian. He is well understanding and knows the needs of foreign teachers.
And we have several positions available for December, January and February.
Qualified candidates can expect the followings :
-Highly competitive salaries (1.7-2.2 million won/monthly based on experience)
-30 hours of teaching time per week
-Five days a week
-Round-trip airfare
-Severence pay (equivalent to your a month salary)
-7 paid vacation days / 3 paid sick days
-Medical insurance (half)
-fully furnished single/shared apartment
And to qualify :
-BA or BS in any major (English, Education major preferred)
-Current passport (should not expire within a year)
-must have a sense of humour and be responsible
-a TESOL/TEFL or CELTA certificate is an asset
-Canadian, American or Korean-Canadian/American preferred
-Preferrence will be give to those who are able to come in for an interview
