This unit discussed what makes up a good teacher, as well as a good learner. From this I have learned how to generally lead in a classroom, and how students may perceive the lessons given for various stages of an english learner. Each student learns in a different way, it is the job of a good teacher to play various roles in order to encourage, initiate learning, give correct feedback, and entice students to continue learning english.From the content of the unit , I have learnt how essential it is to show a very friendly and positive manner when introducing yourself to the students at the start of a lesson.It is also important to involve all the students during the lesson and to ensure that they have understood the instructions, by speaking slower and more clearly. Student feedback is imperative to ensure that they have understood the lesson and the learning task.
