We are a Language Center in Naples offering courses in General English, Business English, and Young Learners. We are currently looking for EFL teachers with a minimum of TESOL, TEFL or equivalent. In some cases other qualifications will be considered, depending on the nature and extent of experience. This unit helped me to understand better the details about lesson planning. There were important points that I learned including the need to keep lessons flexible and the need to plan out the lessons in advance. Teachers starting their teaching careers would need lesson planning to help structure the lessons and to give them guidance. The examples of lesson plans provided in this unit were also very helpful.this unit has helped me in knowing the different tools i could use in a classroom to bring about effective mastery of the lesson.i learnt of the importance of some tools such has CDs,videos,ppt,black-boards and also learnt of the importance of familiarising myself with the tools and making sure it works alright before using them in a classroom.using teachings truly helps foster the understanding of learners.
