British School was the first English school established in Foggia, Italy with over 30 years of history. We are situated in the core of Foggia, the second largest city in the Puglia region (southern Italy). We are looking to recruit native level speaking, experienced CELTA/TEFL/TESOL English teachers to join our friendly and supportive team teaching children, teenagers and adults. Business English and Cambridge Examiner qualifications will be highly considered, but are not compulsory. The applicant must have a dedicated, enthusiastic and pleasant approach with a passion for teaching. We encourage the successful applicant to become a valuable team player taking initiative in all aspects of the school life. Assistance in finding single or shared accommodation will be provided unless alternative arrangements are requested. Courses beginning on 10 October 2021.
Qualifications
- CELTA/TEFL/TESOL qualifications are essential
- Experience teaching children, teenagers and adults.
- English Native level Speakers
- Cambridge English Examiner qualifications preferable but not compulsory
Salary and Benefits
- Net Salary of 1.200 euro per month plus Pension Scheme plus paid public holidays for British or Italian contract valid from October 2021 to June 2022.
- 25 hours/5 day working week. Overtime may be required and will be paid accordingly at the standard rate.
- All Italian public Holidays inclusive of the Christmas and Easter holiday period will be paid as working days.
