We are looking for Director of Studies with experience and excellent organizational, interpersonal and communicative skills. Responsible for recruitments, training and administration of teachers, establishing and monitoring of quality standards and testing.
Qualifications required: Native speakers of English only please, degree and recognized TEFL/RSA/CELTA, more than 3 years experiences, solid pedagogical, background, relevant experience in either management or academic position.
We also looking for certified native speaking teachers who has self-motivation, caring personality, communicative, ability to work with others, enthusiastic about teaching and interest in Indonesian culture. Those without certification but with supportable experience will also be considered. University degree given preference.
We provide: full working visa, roundtrip airfares, health insurance, 14 days paid holidays (in addition to 2 weeks school holiday), a bonus for one month salary upon contract completion, competitive and comfortable salary, a furnished house shared with 2 or 3 other teachers or a housing allowance that can go towards the cost of renting a house on your own.
