This unit discussed the need for creating a lesson plan, especially for new teachers, in order to ensure that lessons are smooth (well-planned), executed according to how the teacher would like to teach the subject, and also in order to keep a record of what has been taught to the students. It also gave further examples of ESA lesson plans, and I found it much more useful in explaining the kinds of activities each phase can consists of.Teachers don't necessarily have to be extroverted to be good at teaching. They do, however, need to make sure their voice is articulate and loud enough to be heard clearly by students. Teachers should feel free to reorganize seating arrangements to fit both his/her teaching style and the needs of students. It's a good idea to establish keywords and gestures that a teacher will use in exercise instructions and interactions with students.
