TEFL job in Albania

I believe that evaluations and assessments are necessary in an language class. If a student is placed in the wrong class, they won't be learning anything and would get bored during the class. They should be placed in a class that will challenge them and will allow them to learn. I wish that I was able to take a placement test in Chinese class, so that I wouldn't have been bored in the beginners class.Parts of speech is certainly something that I had to learn since the beginning of my teaching career. The information that I received in this unit has been very helpful. I feel as though this has reinforced my knowledge of grammar, it has also brought me peace because this test was fairly simple and full of important questions. As a teacher, I should always be able to answer students questions correctly.
