Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.
It has been helpful to learn the requirements for not only a good teacher, but a good student too. As future teachers, we should be able to understand how our behavior and actions affects our student's ability to learn and being able to understand whether students are focusing or not is one way to do this. I look forward to the rest of the units to learn more about how to be an encouraging and professional TEFL teacher!Actually, this chapter was one of the most informative ones ever seen in terms of being very practical overview on most important grammar points. Model verbs with their over range usage in English were well cleared through the chapter. I hope later on I precisely transfer the various function of them to learners. The other point included was the importance of passive voice vs. active voice and the emphasis each carries.
