Express English Language Training, a well established school in Sofia with a pleasant atmosphere, offers regular, semi-intensive and intensive language courses for general, academic and professional purposes in English, Spanish and German. We are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic, creative and hardworking CELTA/TESOL qualified English teacher to teach small groups of students.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EFL TEACHERS:

Essential:

- CELTA/TESOL qualified or equivalent

- Degree qualified or equivalent

- Excellent communication skills

- Good team player

- Proficiency in time management

- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines

Desirable:

- Previous experience working with children

- Residential experience

- Experience teaching monolingual groups

When students are learning a new language it is important to expose them to all three phases of the ESA hence students need to be exposed to the language, understand it , practice it and at the end be able to produce it fluently.Teachers and Students in the classroom can improve the learning process.BY having agood relationsphip with students,teachers can offer to student chances to be motivated and feel engaged in the learning process. Students will be actively in the learning instead of being passive learners.Students benefit and are motivated when their teachers create a safe and trustful environment.
