Webi English is a well established training center under Web Education Group. Aimed at helping students acquire English, we are currently seeking full time EFL teachers for our schools in the historical city of Xuzhou. You will be part of a team of committed teachers with support from our staff.
Webi English is one of China's most recognized and respected brands. Since our inception in 1998, we have gone on to establish over 120 training centers throughout China and now stand at the forefront of the language training industry. We now have 20 schools in Shanghai and 100 in other big cities, providing engaging and effective English classes to students above 7 years old.
Most Webi students start at Webi with some English ability, with their reading and writing skills are better than their listening and speaking. They are often especially lacking confidence and fluency, so it is our job to create a learning environment which is as positive and supportive as possible.

XUZHOU: THE CITY
Located in the northwestern part of the Jiangsu Province, not too far from Shanghai, the city has a distinct advantage with its excellent geographical position. After years of development, Xuzhou has become a city that perfectly combines traditional culture with modern life.
Although Xuzhou is an ancient city, the people still enjoy a modern lifestyle. They go to bars, amusement centers, cinemas and sports centers. A vibrant city with plenty on offer, Xuzhou has something for everyone.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maximum of 25 teaching hours per week
-Maximum of 15 admin hours per week
-Class sizes: small class and big class
-Student ages: 7 and above years old kids/teenagers and adults
-5 working days per week
-Counseling students by providing constructive feedback
-Cooperate with Chinese staff to ensure the constructive communication and efficient operation of the centre
-Participation in Extra Curricular Activities (ECA)
-Lesson planning, creating course outlines
-Deliver classes in a professional and creative way
COMPENSATION:
-Highly competitive salary: 16,000 - 20,000 RMB per month with extra housing allowance
-Flight reimbursement on contract completion: 6,000 RMB
-Airport pick up and 7 nights hotel reception upon arrival
-Assistance provided with apartment search
-12 days Chinese public holidays plus 5 paid holidays
-Paid and sponsored Z work visa provided

-Ongoing training and development workshops, including an initial 3 days induction
REQUIREMENTS:
-Native English speaker from UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia or Ireland (non native teachers with BA in native countries plus 2 years experience are welcome to apply)
-Bachelor’s degree or above
-TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred
-At least 2 years teaching experience required (if you have master’s degree in education or English, then you don’t need 2 years experience)
-Clean criminal record
-Highly responsible team player with hard working ethics
