The world famous traveler Marco Polo described Hangzhou as the world’s most beautiful and gorgeous city. He was right --Hangzhou is indeed a unique city. With two thousand years of history, it’s full of traditional Chinese culture and surrounded by amazingly beautiful natural scenery. Only 50 minutes away from Shanghai by high speed train, Hangzhou is one of the most suitable cities for TEFL qualified teachers living and traveling in China -- don’t miss out on the opportunity to experience life with a Chinese family. Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit seems to cover the necessary information needed to begin a career as an educator. I now am aware of the many different roles that an educator takes on to ensure the students are successful in their ventures into a new language. The break down the the different language levels was very insightful and will be helpful planning lessons for different age groups that I may come across.Coursebooks are essential to all learners and teachers. They can provide the teachers with a tested and functioning syllabus, reduce the preparation time and has supporting exercises in it. Lesson materials prepared by the teacher can widen the options and creates more student specific tasks. Both used in lessons can create an ideal learning atmosphere as they are supplementing each other.
