Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In this unit i learned a variety of valuable lessons on how to arrange my classroom and students so they get the highest opportunity of learning. I now know how to balance speaking times between myself and my students, how to properly arrange desks so it is visually easy to learn and teach, and how to allow for a positive connection not only between my students and i but between the students themselves. This lesson was useful in gaining more perspective on the phenomenon of why people tend to be better at receptive skills when learning a new language, which are extremely important to the process of gaining proficiency in a language. The lesson went into detail on teaching those skills in the larger context of the ESA model, which is important for real life application when it comes to teaching English.
