We are seeking native English speakers that are aware of and have a good command of English communication. Though experience is a plus, we know that the most successful teachers are those who are people-oriented, motivated and receptive to working with the Communicative Language Teaching approach. You don’t have to be a grammar wiz or an expert in industry-specific business English to work at OTB, but you should show promise in being an effective language coach who can motivate students, provide them with effective corrections and feedback, and get them to communicate with you about business, current events, and more.
