There are many teaching aids can be used to improve class qualities, adding interesting elements and being less dependent on top of the textbook. If it's being used correctly, It will be an effective tool for the teacher. Each school runs its own course, but equipment wise, majorities are very similar. In this unit, I have learned the pros and cons about different educational equipment, and the purpose of each one.While working with students of different age, nationality and personality a good teacher should know how to manage class, get the attention of all the students, solve behaviour problems without being offensive, organize activities and arrange sitting positions. Unit 5 explains how to establish a good rapport, use your voice and gestures, how to organize class and which factors should be considered while organizing.
