We are hiring candidates for offline / in person jobs in Gujarat, India.
ROLE OF POSITION : English Teacher & IELTS Trainers.
1. An English Teacher is a well spoken engaged trainer whose class sessions are fun and vibrant covering the prescribed EEC Syllabus provided and content delivered from EEC Course Material provided.
2. Teachers are expected to stand and teach class sessions and follow the EEC pedagogy.
3. Extensive training to teach in our methods is provided during onboarding and ongoing with the job.
4. Teachers should be punctual and regular.
5. Curriculum is fixed and well defined. Teachers need to focus on delivery of content.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Graduation or Post Graduation in any field.
· TESOL or CELTA certifications are appreciated but not mandatory.
· Proficiency in English Grammar is needed.
· Candidates who have worked as English Teachers in English Medium School also can apply
· Passionate about teaching
· Presentation and Teaching Skills
· An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
· Prior experience in a similar field is preferable however freshers can also apply.
· Excellent oral-writing communication skills, interpersonal skills, superb listening and reasoning sensibility
· Familiarity with the internet and using computers.
· Confident with pleasing personality
· Positive attitude towards students
· Open to learn and grow
· Candidates living anywhere in India or Gujarat willing to relocate immediately can apply.
· Salary: Highest in industry - Range Rs 3.6 Lacs per annum to Rs 7.2 Lacs per annum depending on your profile. This is actual salary not CTC.
