Opportunity to Teach TEFL in Laos

This unit talked about different examinations and test that can be given to students and at what point they should be taken by students. The year starts off with a placement exam to determine the level of English that a student knows, it continues with a diagnostic exam. Throughout the year other test and exams should be given to measure the level of knowledge a student has retained to accurately grade them.It does not matter the class' level or arrangements it is always important that the student is exposed to the new language through different ways and with different tools provide by the teacher, so the teacher is the one who will determine what elements will be introduced and how. Applying the different and correct structures of ESA methods to introduce them is a really important part of the teacher's work.
