English Actually language school is seeking TESOL certified teachers for a new school in San Martin area (Greater Buenos Aires). Our educational approach is functional and student-centered. We aim at creating meaningful learning experiences that will enable our students to communicate in the English language in real life situations. In this scenario, we believe that the educator performs a critical role, acting as a resilient mediator between content and students, guiding them towards language acquisition and successful communication.


The ideal candidate is TESOL certified, native level speaker of English who can share their own view of the world and enrich our community in an atmosphere of utmost tolerance and respect -we do not favour any nationalities in particular, and all accents and backgrounds are appreciated.

He/she must be staying in Buenos Aires for at least a year.

He/she has a friendly personality, willing to adapt to different profiles of students and colleagues, and helping create just the right context for learning experiences to flourish.

He/she is also proactive and extremely professional.

This unit provided a good foundation for beginning to create and understand lesson plans as well as understanding how and when to correct students accurately and efficiently. Learning about the various methodologies in this unit allows new teachers to more precisely create lesson plans for their students by taking into consideration their students’ backgrounds, cultures, and needs.In this unit I learnt the different kind of obstacles that can come between a teacher and students such as culture. Also, I learnt how students are divided based on their age and their English proficiency. This unit thought me how to be a good teacher and to encourage the students to become a better learners . Lastly, I was able to know the different roles a teacher can be in a class.
