Our training centre in the Thai capital incorporates a language school which provides afternoon classes for children and evening classes for business professionals. It's also an authorized Cambridge English Test Centre and integrates an exam centre for online computer-based assessment as well as testing onsite at client schools.

Our trainers have many years of ESL teaching experience as well as an extensive background in curriculum development, customized course formulation and eLearning creation. They also have a strong business background and years of experience in providing specialized English training and workshops to many of Thailand's blue-chip companies.

Thailand's Biggest Teacher Job Market

Bangkok is the centre of gravity for the Thai economy. By far, it's the single biggest hiring market for English teachers in thailand.

You have over two thousand tutoring and private language schools that hire on demand all year round. There are thousands of public and private schools that hire on a seasonal basis. And you have an infinite number of private tutoring situations.

If you want to get a sense of what modern Thailand and traditional Thai culture is about, there is no better place in the entire Kingdom than Bangkok.

The School

Our Bangkok-based TEFL training centre is located in north Bangkok close to Kasetsart University - Thailand’s third oldest and now largest university with some 67,000 students – and the world’s only “Elephant Building”, a thirty-two storey tower that floats over our area.

The immediate area around the centre hosts both traditional businesses and modern upscale shops. It’s close to Major Cineplex (a movie house mall) and The Avenue Ratchayothin, which hosts a number of boutique restaurants and fast food outlets. There are also lots of hole-in-the-wall and on-sidewalk eateries serving great Thai food at budget prices.

The training centre includes everything you’ll need in order to successfully complete the TEFL course. We are located in a picturesque open air mall and housed in a three storey building, which also has a school, a computer-based exam test facility, management offices and a reception area. The entire centre is serviced by free Wi-Fi.

Our mall is anchored by a supermarket and an stationary supply store. We have two pharmacies within 2 minutes’ walk that can fill prescriptions or handle over-the-counter medicines. We’re also a short ride from the MRT (underground) and the BTS (Skytrain) lines, which makes all of Bangkok easily accessible.

If you like shopping, we’re in the same area (and a very short taxi, bus or van ride) from top Bangkok site and world famous Chatuchak Weekend Market, which has more than 8,000 vendor stalls in 27 sections over 35 acres. Here you can find everything under the sun - and then some - as you shop till you drop.

Less well known (and just behind the Weekend Market) is the Or Tor Kor Market, which has been ranked as the fourth best fresh market in the world by CNNGo. Housed in an absolute riot of colour, it is home to incredible range of beautiful fruits, extremely fresh vegetables, exotic spices, meats, seafood and some unidentifiable edibles. This not-to-be-missed destination also has a food court section where you can sample all this food to your heart’s delight.

Accommodation

As a major tourist destination, it is unsurprising that Bangkok offers a large number of accommodation options to suit all tastes and budgets. Options go beyond hotels and guesthouses with studio apartments and condos widely available.

The type of facilities available depends on the cost of the apartment but most units will include air conditioning, refrigerator and Wi-Fi.

Once your place on the course has been confirmed with payment of the course deposit, we will send you further information on the accommodation options available. Of course you are not obligated to choose your accommodation through us and are free to make your own arrangements. There are a number of websites that advertise apartments and houses to rent in Bangkok and you are sure to find something to suit your needs.
