Establising RapportRapport according to the English dictionary "is a term used to describe, in common terms, that two or more people feel in sync or on the same wavelength because they feel alike." It is very important for teachers to establish a god rapport with their students as it allows the students to trust and therefore listen to the teacher. There are many mays a teacher can establish a good relationship with their students some of which are as follows:- 1. Listening - A teacher that listens to their students and allows their students to ask questions is more than likely going to be able to teach a class successfully as a pose to teachers who dont allow their students to listen. This doesnt only apply to teacher student relationships but most relationships. Teachers must always actively listen to their students, look at their expressions, maintain eye contact, and notice the different tones a student uses. 2. Trust : I think this a very important part of building a good relationshop with students.
