nicely framed contents and well-designed question. However, there were few parts that missed among the questions, for example, straight-arrow stages. ESA stages was especially interesting for me. They were obvious parts of teaching method stages in part, but also very helpful to study so much well-framed stage type. Several examples and contents of the ideas for engage phase were also very helpful, such as I Spy.I throw tests in classes often, but I think I usually carry out placement tests and diagnostic tests at the same time before place students in a class. It is hard to give students tests without letting them to know their rank in their classes. They have chance to talk about their tests' score after class, perhaps in class. Whereas, for both students and teachers tests is very useful tool to measure students level.
