Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In this unit, I mostly learnt the formalisms and technical language used in regard to roles and levels. Much of the information presented in this unit I am already familiar with through practical experience, but having the \"correct\" terminology will make cross-school communication easier. Some of the subtleties of the distinctions between some of the terms are a little vague, I feel. This unit lighted the introduction of new language vocabulary, the important areas a teacher must pay attention to such as the practicability of the new vocabulary and the correct pronunciation. the unit showed how to use different methods to teach such as the straight arrow ESA, patchwork and boomerang. these methods are applied based on the difficulty and the ability of the learners.
