This lesson is about the role of teachers and students in a class. For a teacher, I think the most important role is being a motivator. It's not only to motivate students to learn English, but also to motivate them to study something new with joy. Teachers are live model that the students can study from. The teachers take different roles in the class to let the lesson going on easy, fun and understandable.There are a lot of different teaching methods. Some will work for certain students while other methods do not. It's up to the teacher to observe each student and find the correct method to teach that student especially in one on one sessions. Or if the teach have students in different classes who each learn from a particular method the teacher can try to group them together into the same class if possible.
