English Time is a language school that has been providing English language education throughout USA since 1998. We are always looking for TEFL qualified English teachers to join us in all of our branch locations. Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit looks at the Past Tense, under which we have seen the past simple, past continuous, past perfect and past perfect continuous.we have also seen their form, usage and common student errors. What i have learnt from this unit is that, it is similar to the present tense in its form and usage. not forgetting the fact that there are some exceptions or irregular verbs that do not follow the pattern.In this unit, i learnt that assessment, evaluation and testing are all used to measure how much of the assigned materials students are mastering, how well students are learning the materials, and how well students are meeting the stated goals and objectives. This helps teachers gain insight into what students understand in order to plan and guide instructions, and provide helpful feedback to students.
