There are many types of assessments because there are many different types of goals for assessment. Determining what kind of class a student should take part in is a very different goal than to see how much a person has absorbed content learned in class. So one type of test increases in difficulty while the other might be mixed in difficulty, but be filled with content that is already expected to be learned.This unit explains the different types of groups a teacher may be engaged in teaching with as well as the methods that are most applicable for each group. It puts forth information on how to teach to business students who are in very different learning circumstances than other groups. It also explains how to teach different types of beginner learners which is important since there are my any different types.
