In preparation for the new academic year starting in May 2007, we are now looking for Teachers to start work in both Suratthani and Chumphon, in Southern Thailand.
We are looking for Flexible, Qualified, Motivated, and Energetic Native Speakers with a genuine passion for teaching to join our growing team. We have full and part time positions available at all levels from Prathom 1 to Mathayom 6.
Energy, Enthusiasm and Commitment are the main qualities we are looking for here at ECC. These qualities, combined with hard work, will entitle you to a competitive salary which will reflect your experience, a housing allowance, paid vacation, visa assistance, work permit and a bonus scheme linked to hours worked during term time.
We will help you on arrival by offering you accommodation for your first night in Suratthani, and we will also assist you in finding somewhere suitable to live.
We need team players that are prepared to share ideas and work closely together in a fun and creative environment. We need Teachers who can inject natural energy and enthusiasm in to our classrooms. We will be particularly interested to hear from people with Musical or Artistic abilities; ECC Suratthani also has a Yamaha Music School on the premises.
Applicants must hold a Bachelors Degree, and a relevant teaching qualification. The Degree is required to enable us to process work permits. We will be very interested to hear from applicants currently overseas that are looking to work in Thailand. If you are interested we will be able to assist you in obtaining the correct visa prior to arrival. We will also be able to give advice about teaching licenses that are now available from U.K, and other countries, for prospective Teachers who don’t have Degree status.
If you want to experience the real Thailand then Surathani or Chumphon will be perfect for you. Both Suratthani and Chumphon are considered the “Gateways to the South”. The beautiful Islands of Phuket, Koh Samui and Koh Tao are all within easy reach.
