Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Well, this unit was extremely easy for me.Anway, I think it's been of great use as a review. In few words, the structure of past tenses are quite similar to those of present tenses. For example the continuous and perfect forms only modify the auxiliar verbs to be and to have. On the other hand, the usage is also quite similar to the present tenses, just differ in that the main verbs are in past form, as well as the auxiliar verbs. In this unit we have covered different methods of evaluating students and the types of testing a teacher may employ throughout the course. These assessing methods include, providing tutorials after classes. A teacher can dedicate the end of class time to discuss and reflect on what the students have learnt. A teacher may also asses their students with testing, such as diagnostic test to identify weaknesses some students may have.
