Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit oriented me on lesson planning. The unit highlights that lesson planning is important for tracking ones progress such as one has been done, how it was done and what is left to be done.In this way a better guide is provided for the teacher and students alike to achieve their objectives. I have learnt from this unit that lesson plans should serves as a guide and must flexible enough to cater for changes as lessons progress. The final Unit turned out to be the most yearned by me personally. It briefly yet sufficiently lays out typical problems all teachers face at some point in their careers. With clear strategies and logical explanations in the text, it now seems feasible to handle troublesome situations at classes. All in all, a regular teacher should possess skills of a coach, manager, psychologist and be in loco parentis as it was mentioned before.
