Enthusiastic teacher wanted to teach TEFL in Hatyai, Thailand

We are seeking two teachers to join us at our bilingual school in Hatyai, Thailand. The positions are to teach children aged 3 to 5 in a mainstream school setting. The duties require the teacher to be on duty from approx 8:00 am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday, and within that time teach approx 20 hours per week.The positions are open to Native Speakers only, and who must hold a degree and a TESOL/TEFL certificate, or a degree in Education.

We have a total of 14 overseas teachers at the school, and have a reward package that is fair by Thai standards to include 30, 000 baht monthly salary, 3, 000 baht monthly housing allowance, end-contract financial payment, paid vacation, work permit and visa processing and renewal payments.

The positions are open to start between mid/end April 2006, and certainly no later than 6th May.

Honestly, I think that conditionals and reported speech will be the most difficult parts of the grammar to teach. There are so many changes each time. The best way to teach this is by using a sequence lesson plan, the first class the zero and first conditional, the 2nd class the 2nd and third conditional. And the last class, the mixed conditional and then repeat all of them and do a lot of study and activate activities.After learning this chapter,I think the teaching materials are not all in teaching process.This means I need to create my own materials to either supplement the course book or replace sections that are not suitable for the class.To these questions, should combine theory and practice together, strengthen educational pertinence.To strengthen practice teaching to enhance students' to apply theory according to reality.
