Saxoncourt are currently recruiting qualified EFL teachers who are capable of teaching adults’, children’s and specialist classes for a lucrative chain of 11 English schools based in Lima. The duration of the contract is for 14 months, with the possibility of being renewed under mutual agreement. There is a 2 months induction period, during which teachers will not be formally engaged in teaching. However, they will be able to visit our centers, observe lessons and get familiarized with the teaching material. Teachers will only be allowed to work once the contract has been approved by the Peruvian Ministry of Labour and the Immigration authorities.

Modal auxiliary words are used before other verbs to add more meaning to the main verb. There are several modal words and they express different ideas. Active and passive voices can be used depending on where one wants to place the focus or emphasis. Some grouping of words can operate as one item. Depending on the way the words are grouped, being broken up can change the meaning on the sentence.This unit has created more confidence in my teaching abilities and has afforded me the ability to start lesson planning and understanding my aims and goals as a teacher. I am excited to practice different methodologies and figure out what works best for me. I realise how important planning and understanding each part of a lesson has it's place and is integral to getting through to your students.
