To be honest, sometimes I like to do test, if it too difficult level - I don't like. From this Unit I've learnt that it's useful to conduct different tests. I've known about type of tests like: placement test, diagnostic test, progress test, practice test and external exam. New information for me, that there are many external examination in the world. I knew only abut TOEFL, IELTS and Cambridge Assessment. This unit focuses on the receptive skills - reading and listening. It introduces why and how we read and listen and our problems with reading and listening connected with the language contained in the text, the topics and the tasks. After learning this unit, in my opinion, reading and listening can help us achieve some particular aim or goal, and make us find something pleasurable or enjoyable in some way.
