Baby’s First School, a private, bi-lingual, early childhood education center, located in the capital, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is now recruiting native-English speaking EFL teachers for the 2019-2020 school year.
Teaching is an interactive job, shaping and socially educating preschoolers, while following a pre-designated curriculum, the teacher should integrate fun activities in the learning process, to make the learning more viable for toddlers.
This is a very responsible position since the preschool teacher not only has to train the children, but also has to supervise them and ensure the provision of a safe and healthy environment that supports all aspects of their learning and development.
Work hours are Monday to Friday from 7am-2pm with occasional evening and weekend hours for meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events. Teachers are expected to submit detailed lesson plans weekly and perform student assessments quarterly.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience
Native Level English speaker, preferably TEFL/TESOL-Certified
Criminal record check clearance
Open person who can demonstrate ability to plan, organize, instruct and evaluate.
