The Oficina Técnica Provincial intends to provide quality educational experiences between a government and non-government alliance (co-management). One for primary education at the Escuela Hermanas Mirabal de Ojo de Agua, with 350 students, and another for secondary education at the Liceo Cientifico Dr. Miguel Canela Lazaro with 550 students. In both cases, they are free public educational centers, in which we are applying the STEAM approach (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics), in a framework of inclusion and multiculturalism. To continue promoting these initiatives of quality education for low-income students, we are looking for educators and international professionals who have graduated from universities, who are motivated by a social commitment and want to support us for a year or more to strengthen experiences. We can offer housing and a monthly collaboration of about 850 dollars. (Spanish speaking is suggested, but not required). For over 12 years we have had the collaboration of teachers and volunteers from Chile, Italy, Spain, Germany, Lithuania, Macedonia, Venezuela, United States, France, Haiti, Mexico, India, People's Republic of China, Korea, Republic of South Africa, Canada, Japan, Romania, Nigeria, Morocco and Puerto Rico.
