Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This lesson was building on previous lessons that were already completed. I liked learning how ELL learners should learn new vocabulary. The vocabulary should be relevant and concise. I like to include pictures with my vocabulary words to help with the meaning. I found it interesting when selecting words a teacher should not focus on the pronunciation of words but the ability of the word to convey meaning.I learnt how teacher's attitude affects the students' participation in class. Teachers should always have supportive and positive attitude that will make their students feel comfortable and engaged. Teachers should also acknowledge their students' english level so they can use proper language to create a effective study environment. Teachers' face expression decides how the atmosphere in the classroom will be.
