I enjoyed learning about managing classes. There is a lot to consider when managing a class to ensure the lesson objectives are achieved and that the class is a success. This unit has helped to understand class dynamics such as seating arrangements, body language, discipline and student behavior. More importantly, ive learned to give all students and equal chance in class... even the quiet and shy students.This unit gives a rundown of the course and a breakdown of each unit. It also describes the job opportunities available as a ESP teacher as well as descriptions of the type of positions and hours/ salaries expected. I do like how it is flexible with different occupations and industries. I have a strong background in Hospitality & Tourism so it is great to know that there could be a demand for this vocation.
