Date posted:2012-04-11 | Writer: Union Jack School | Email: [email protected]

The Union Jack School of English, based in the historical centre of the picturesque city of Naples, is currently interviewing TEFL qualified mother-tongue speakers of English or candidates from Northern Europe who have a perfect command of written and spoken English, for positions for the academic year October 2012 – June 2013. The English courses run by the school are organized at the students' homes so travelling is involved, but the distance from one lesson to another is minimum. The teacher is required to be available for a minimum of 18 hrs teaching per week from Monday to Friday from 13.30-19.30. Some morning work may be involved. We pay 15 euros per lesson. Some over time may be possible if the teacher wishes. Applicants must possess a degree and some teaching experience is preferred but an outgoing character and a way with young children is necessary as students age from 5yrs to 18yrs. E-mail your curriculum with a recent photo and telephone number to Dawn Kerry Reynolds, course director. Applicants who don't send curriculums and photo will not be taken into consideration. Union Jack will re-consider applicants who have applied in the past but weren't successfull with the job posting. Union Jack wishes to thank applicants in advance for their interest.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In this particular unit I learned a lot about how we as English speakers report what someone else has said to us. In addition, I also learned how he conditional in general works. For example, this unit taught me about the zero conditional to the third and mixed conditional. It taught me how \"if\" and \"when\" have a relationship with the rest of the sentence that results in some type of consequence.Until this chapter, I was thinking that teaching for individual students would not be addressed, which, as mentioned in the text, has become more and more popular. This was the chapter that involved other types of students and, in my view, are those that is gaining popularity more and more. Therefore, it is a very important chapter for the modern teacher to get space in the job market and specialize.
